WHAT IS EAC CERTIFICATE?
EAC Customs Union Quality Certificate, EAC Certificate In accordance with the decision of the Eurasian Economic Community Commission No. 293 and dated 25 December 2012; The certificate formats to be applied in the Customs Union have been legalized within the framework of technical regulations and have started to be implemented as of February 15, 2013. Obtaining an EAC Certificate means that the products comply with the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union countries established by Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan in 2015, including Kyrgyzstan and Armenia.
IN WHICH COUNTRIES IS THE EAC CERTIFICATE VALID?
This application is valid for Belarus, Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan or Kazakhstan.
EAC ( CUSTOMS UNION APPROVAL )
This certificate means that the imported products covering the Customs Union Countries comply with the current laws and technical regulations.
The Customs Union Certificate of Conformity (EAC Certificate) is the official document confirming the conformity of the quality of the productions with the approved regulations within the Customs Union region.
EAC Certificate can be used for export of goods from Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan or Kazakhstan to any country.
Customs Union certificate can be issued for batch or mass production.
In case the certificate is issued for a period of more than one year, inspections may be required, not less than once a year.
EAC Certification can be 1,3 or 5 years.
EAC DECLARATION
The Customs Union Declaration of Conformity has the same legal effect as the EAC Certificate.
HOW TO GET EAC CERTIFICATE?
Organizations and laboratories authorized to issue this document require sample testing for EAC Certificate Certification within the framework of Customs Union General Accreditation or for some products to the factory where the production is made.
A mark confirming the Customs Union market circulation/sales approval is placed on the product that meets the eligibility criteria according to the Customs Union Technical Regulations. The EAC logo is used on the labels of the products certified according to the Customs Union Commission decision.
