What is UkrSepro Certificate?
UkrSepro Certificate is a Ukrainian quality system approval. Companies that want to export to Ukraine must have this document.
Like every country, Ukraine also requires this certificate to ensure the quality of the products delivered to its country. Companies exporting to Ukraine need this certificate at customs.
UkrSepro Certificates are a document that can be obtained for 1,2 or 5 years.
Is UkrSepro Certificate Obligatory? ?
The requirement for UkrSepro Certificate varies according to the situation.
There are 2 types of certificates.
1-Volunteer UkrSepro Certificate
In the case of a voluntary application, this certificate is valid for some products. In addition, it is not obligatory to apply sample tests for the issuance of the certificate. This situation is determined depending on the certificate approval planning applied specifically to the products.
2- Mandatory UkrSepro Certificate
If, after the necessary inspections, it has been determined that the product must have the UkrSepro certificate, it is absolutely necessary to obtain the UkrSepro certificate for this product in order to enter the Ukrainian market.
In order to issue a mandatory UkrSepro certificate for a product, it is necessary to ensure that the product complies with Ukrainian product standards, is of good quality and is reliable, as a result of various tests.

- Chamber of Commerce registration (activity certificate.)
- Signature circular of authorized persons
- Your trademark registration documents.
- Available certificates
- Test reports that have been made before.
- Technical information for each product.
- Instructions for use and label information of the products.
- Number of machines used in the factory, serial numbers and manufacturer's name
- Production chart of the factory
- GTIP numbers of products, model-code information, if any.
- The title and address information you want to be included in the certificate.
- Catalogue showing your products to be certified
- 1 sample of each product
